As a student, I loved being in the lab. As a smoldering multiple myeloma patient (not progressing - knock on wood), I have a court-side seat near blood chemistry and components. I also have the privilege of visiting cancer centers around the country seeing treatment and research and the incredible donors as well as the scientists making blood products available.
I still find the science and the art required to do good lab work fascinating.
So with that in mind, I'm reposting a download I received from American Society for Apheresis
